Troubleshooting (eizo, mac)
  • install the latest version from the Mac App Store
  • quit and reopen the app if it gets stuck
  • if a raw won't open, check that it's a format the app supports. sony, nikon, canon, fuji, leica, ricoh raws, plus jpeg, heif, tiff, and png
  • if edits seem missing, look for the json sidecar next to your photo. it travels with the file
Troubleshooting (tenmei, iOS)
  • install the latest version from the App Store
  • close and reopen the app if a reading freezes
  • if the meter isn't reading light, check Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and confirm Tenmei has access
  • if the journal isn't saving locations, check Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services
Subscriptions & Purchases

all billing is handled by Apple. miraisoft does not have access to your payment info.

useful detail when reporting a bug:

  • which app and version (visible in the app's About panel)
  • device and OS version (iPhone model + iOS, or Mac model + macOS)
  • what happened versus what you expected
  • steps to reproduce, if you can find them
