milkglass is a film simulation darkroom for macOS, developed by miraisoft. the app provides film-look rendering for raw and standard image formats, including color, tone, curves, HSL, masks, crop, perspective, effects, and output to image file or paper print. all processing happens on your Mac.

milkglass is sold through the Mac App Store under Apple's standard EULA. miraisoft does not process payments directly. pricing and refund policy are shown in the App Store at the point of purchase. purchases are family-shareable per Apple's standard rules.

photos you open and edits you make with milkglass are yours. miraisoft does not access, collect, or claim any rights to your photos, edits, or sidecar files. milkglass does not modify your original raw or jpeg files. edits are written to a separate sidecar next to the original.

the milkglass app, its rendering engine, UI, source code, and bundled film stock data are the property of miraisoft. you may not extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the bundled data or app binary.

real film stock names that appear in the app refer to the film stocks the look is informed by. the names of those films are trademarks of their respective owners (Eastman Kodak, Fujifilm, Ilford, AGFA, and others). milkglass is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

milkglass is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. miraisoft does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, that rendered output will match any specific lab, scanner, or print, or that any bundled film simulation will reproduce a particular roll of film. the look is a simulation anchored to manufacturer measurements, not a measurement of any specific batch you might have shot.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, miraisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. this includes lost or corrupted files, missed deliverables, or unsatisfactory output. keep backups.

milkglass is for editing your own photos or photos you have rights to edit. don't use the app to process content you don't have permission to use.

these terms may be updated from time to time. changes will be posted at this URL with a revised date. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
