omokage — terms of service

Omokage is a camera and photo editing app for iOS developed by Thomas Yokota (miraisoft). the app provides a manual camera, light metering tools, film stock simulations, and photo editing capabilities. all processing happens on your device.
Omokage offers a free camera with optional paid subscription ("Omokage Pro") that unlocks film stock simulations and advanced editing tools.
- subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store
- subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- pricing: $3.99/month or $29.99/year
- free trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends
miraisoft does not process payments directly. all billing is handled by Apple under their standard EULA.
photos you capture or edit with Omokage are yours. miraisoft does not access, collect, or claim any rights to your photos or edits. everything stays on your device.
the Omokage app, including its 37 film stock simulation models, UI design, and underlying code, is the property of miraisoft. the film stock models are proprietary and trained on original data. you may not extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them.
Omokage is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. miraisoft does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that metering readings will match any specific external device. use your judgment when making exposure decisions.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, miraisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. this includes, but is not limited to, lost photos, incorrect exposure data, or missed shots.
these terms may be updated from time to time. changes will be posted at this URL with a revised date. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
